The forum organisers, Premier Expo and the public enterprise e3platform, would like to invite you to the 4^th International Forum on Eco-Friendly and Energy Efficient Construction, dealing with current issues of innovation and technological development in the construction industry concerning the environment and energy conservation. The e3forum is traditionally held alongside the Architecture and Design Festival and the KyivBuild and KIPS exhibitions.

In 2012, e3forum is expanding its scope and embracing new angles of development. e3forum-CityBuild is a major new section on sustainable urban development, and its main event is the ‘Sustainable Urban Development: from Development Strategy to General Plan' conference.

Participants of the forum will discuss different strategies and approaches to general planning of the modern city, risk management and the safe development of communities. The outcomes of this programme will not only form the hotly debated ‘2025 Development Plan for Kiev', but also development plans for European cities, where green city development is a contemporary concept.

Transport, security, efficient municipal energy systems, minimising environmental damage, and environmentally friendly and energy-saving housing: these are only some of the topics of e3forum 2012.

Currently, organisations such as the Ministry for Housing and Community Services of Ukraine, the National Union of Architects in Ukraine (NSAU), the Ukrainian Security Industry Federation (UFIB), the Ukrainian Union of Fire and Technological Safety (USPTB), the Ukraine Construction Association (UBA) and the Union of Manufacturers of Construction Materials and Goods are already working on the forum's programme.

The organisers would like to invite city mayors from Ukraine and abroad and chief architects and skilled municipal workers to the discussions, along with investors and developers, participants of the real estate sector and the safety equipment industry, NGO representatives, project managers and anybody interested in the creation of the cities of the future.
