The number of market leading companies and Premier Expo company — the KievBuild organiser — desided to organise an exposition «Investmat proposals» which main goals are:

• to present projects and their authors, to discuss them in professional atmosphere;
• to find out the direction and cause of market demands change, what in projects became unimportant and what — more topical and turned out a competitive advantage;
• to determine price expectations of the projects sellers, possibilities and readines of investors to finance depending on the project stage and other factors.

The discussion-workshop «What prevents the investment projects realization today?» will help to solve these problems.
